Attracting delegates to an industry conference is difficult without a crack panel of speakers. We are experts in identifying and inviting industry leaders, and putting together an agenda that will entice attendees.
Reed Exhibitions - Asian Business Aviation Macau
Reed Exhibitions
- Asian Business Aviation Macau
The inaugural Reed Exhibitions event took place in June 2010 and was geared towards people who may wish to purchase an aircraft. Entitled ‘How to Buy a Business Jet’ fourforces sourced and invited speakers for a half-day event at the Venetian. Feedback was extremely positive, particularly in light of the fact many Chinese companies attended as delegates thanks to a packed and varied programme.
Asian Business Aviation Association
– Hong Kong
The Asian Business Aviation Association requested Liz Moscrop to put together a programme to augment the activities at the Asian Aerospace show in Hong Kong. Speakers came from all over the world and the sessions were widely appreciated. The programme included the ASA group on flying in Asia and Jay Mesinger speaking on the used aircraft market.
Aircraft Commerce - South & Central American Air Freight Conference
For this event in Panama we arranged all the logistics, hotel, conference room and equipment, as well as sourcing and inviting speakers, collecting biographical information and logos to our client Aircraft Commerce.

Public Relations
We have identified an industry need for superior private aviation PR skills for the sector.
Hong Kong English can also assist with better English language skills in international communications, particularly for mother tongue Chinese speaking companies. We also arrange highly focused conference speakers and are particular experts in the Asian market.
Aviation public relations encompasses marketing and related skills, such as creating newsletters and training days. All associates are experts in their fields and work on projects when necessary.
We are trade show veterans and well versed in how to promote your company so it stands out among the noise. Why spend a fortune on a booth only to lose valuable footfall because you don’t get picked up by the on site media?
Aviation public relations includes:
• Press releases (example)
• Case studies
• Press briefings
• Surveys designed to attract media attention
• Product reviews and launches
• Press trips and tours
• Timed features
• Online PR
• Events
• Discussions
• Ghost written articles
• Attention grabbing creative strategies
fourforces.aero also:
• supplies articles about aviation to newspapers, magazines and trade magazines
• supplies non-aviation articles to newspapers and trade magazines
• supplies PR and marketing training to SMEs in the sector
There are very few agencies offering specialist aviation PR services to such a niche market. Liz has a wider network of contacts then most practitioners, given that she also has the international contacts and access to contacts and information that others may not have. Sanjay has years of expertise and interest in the sector and grew up breathing aviation. Ian is long established in Hong Kong and enjoys strong contacts with the HK helicopter community.

The ASA Group
This Hong Kong headquartered aviation services provider had limited public relations input two years ago and hired fourforces to promote its services across various disciplines in the trade sector. Working intensively with the client, ASA has raised its profile with several regular magazine features, as well as speaking engagements at focused industry events. Recently the company appeared on the front page of respected industry magazine Charter Broker. charterbroker.aero
Skyplan
The Dubai and Canada based trip support planning company was looking for a high profile campaign to launch its new Sharjah office at the Dubai Air Show. This was achieved by targeted press releases and podcasts during the show, interviews with leading magazines and a feature in Arabian Aerospace Magazine. http://bit.ly/anFM6a
Horizon Swiss Flight Academy
This Switzerland-based flight training school wanted to attract more students to its online training courses. We did that partially by ghosting several articles for then principal Bruno Dobler taking a controversial stance on the industry.
TheFirstCall
Edinburgh-based medical services provider wanted to capitalise on its success in working with the James Bond franchise and writing a scene for Casino Royale. We arranged a photo shoot using James Bond style outfits and private jets and garnered widespread publicity with the subsequent release and media interviews.
The British Women Pilots’ Association
The veteran association wanted to celebrate 50 years of its existence, so Liz spearheaded a campaign whereby 50 flying schools offered a free flying lesson to women throughout the UK. The scheme attracted widespread broadcast and print publicity – and introduced a few new pilots to the UK aviation scene.
